My IPhone 13Pro got the white screen issue. It is a 3 year old phone. The executive there assure me that if there is no water mark or physical damage found, the screen will be replaced free of cost and if not then I need to pay 30k for screen change. Initially they took 2k for diagnosis as well. In the same evening I got a call that, my screen needs to replaced and the phone has no water mark or physical damage, so it will be done free of cost, I was happily surprised and next day I got my phone with new screen. On top of that they asked me to purchase anything up to 2k and it will be deducted from the amount I have paid for diagnostics.
It was really a great experience of Apple service . Thank you Apple team.
