Got my 14 pro (battery replacement) and 16 pro (screen replacement) repaired here. Helpful team here. You can discuss and get the best repair advice from them. Which will be cheaper. Within a day of submission, got my phones repaired. (Though they said if stock is not available it may take 3-4 working days).

I visited the Apple iCare Centre in HSR for a battery replacement, and overall it was a very smooth experience. The replacement cost was ₹7,705, which is reasonable for an official Apple battery. The team asked me to take a full iCloud backup and sign a standard consent form stating that they are not responsible if any issues occur during the repair — which is understandable.
I was also informed that there is a risk related to the display while opening the device, and if any damage occurred, the replacement could cost around ₹30,000. A few hours later, I received a call during diagnostics stating that one speaker might not be working and that a replacement could cost up to ₹45,000. Despite this concern, I decided to proceed with the battery replacement.
Fortunately, they had the required battery in stock and completed the replacement on the same day, which was surprisingly quick. The device was returned in perfect working condition, and everything was sorted within a day.
Overall, I appreciate the transparency, professionalism, and fast service provided by the staff. A very good experience.
