In fact, other service centers not only failed to notify me about this program but were also charging a considerable amount for the exact same service—some even demanding extra fees. Our firm's iPhone 5s had started freaking-out since the new financial year began this year! Since the time we upgrades our company's 2009 27 Inch iMac to Sierra last year, it had started freezing & hanging like my short circuited wife!! So, I approached the cool folks at iCare at Koramangala for help. The guys at Imagine on the ground floor gave a shock first by announcing that the iPhone 5s is officially dead! And the it would cost some 18,000 bucks of my firm to have it swapped with a new display!! My new found knowledgeable friend (NFKF) -Rishi &the store manager -Sandesh gave another option to have it exchanged to a brand new iPhone 6s 32 GB for some 45,000 bucks. I took their offer. They even went beyond their limits to help restore all my settings, files, contacts in the next 24 hours. Meanwhile I had turned-in our company's iMac for servicing, cleaning & formatting the hard drive to have Maverick installed. They had indicated the their charges for these is 2,500 bucks with 1,500 payable upfront & the remaining 1,000 upon completion of service. My NFKF at iCare on first floor -Nagendra & Uday were very keen on seeing to that I have a compatible OS X with that of the hardware. We found that Maverick, albeit stable didn't quite 'keep-up' with our hardware & demands of the applications. They worked with me to ensure the the right OS X is El Capitan & that after installation, it worked seamlessly with all applications & data. I found that all the guys above including the support staff -Megha, Priya & the housekeeper -Jayanthi were courteous & kind to me during my 2-day sojourn at their facility!!! They all deserve to be encouraged for striving to ensure that our bread 'n butter -iMac is up n sprinting again than ever before. Many thanks for their unconditional efforts to work toward customer delight.

Their repair staff had twice helped me out of what could have been costly, time-consuming problems, both with my hard drive and logic board. Excellent quality of repair skills and customer service--I highly recommend their services!

My Magsafe 2 charger pin was getting overheating so I went there for the solution. They suggest me to replace the charger. Most important are that the staff was really talking with respect not just for formalities but really were well behaved. Yes, This all staff members have deserved a good review, I would like to say "AWESOME service provider ever".

Me and my friend were here to report a problem with the MacBook pro keyboard. Only 1 person was available with the desk and was taking a lot of time. Eventually when my turn came, a guy came and asked the problem. The problem was that the keypad N was not working sometimes. He went in and came out within a minute saying he had sorted out the issue. It was working fine then. After reaching home, while typing, the letter N is being typed 2 times now which has become a nightmare while preparing files. Hope Apple keeps genuine experts in the centre.
