After running a few diagnostics remotely, they confirmed a hardware issue and arranged a replacement device without any hassle. The entire process after that was smooth and stress-free.
While the initial experience was frustrating, I’m really impressed with how Apple handled the complaint. They took responsibility and made sure I felt heard and valued as a customer.
