Reached out to them for fixing the green screen issue. There wasn’t any guidance from their end to get the exception approved from Apple.Also the phone number provided was always unreachable.There was a significant delay in providing the updates to apple team and since phone number was unreachable, i had to contact icare customer support every-time to get some update.
However the green screen issue was fixed without any data loss. Please work on your customer service.

I got a black spot on my iphone 15 plus screen and they replaced it on the same day for free(My device was under warranty). Thanks a lot to icare❤️
Green Screen Issue: iPhone 13 Pro Max
3.5-year-old phone. Got the now-famous green/yellow screen issue out of nowhere. No physical damage.
Took it to iCare. The executive (Rajesh) immediately understood the issue and told me that if there was no physical/water damage, I would get the display changed free of cost.
Got the new display after 2 days. There wasn't much queue on either day, and Rajesh resolved our issue and helped with delivery pretty quickly. DATA WAS NOT ERASED. EVERYTHING STAYED SAME
