I reached out to Vasanth to help diagnose an issue with my iPhone 13 Pro, which was showing a green screen display. While the Apple team ultimately rejected my request for a free replacement (due to it being related to a software update), Vasanth did everything he could to assist me. He was very thorough and proactive in trying to resolve the problem. Although the outcome wasn't what I had hoped for, I really appreciated his effort
