My iphone 14 pro Battery was around 77% i don’t wanted to loose any data or sudden restarts on the next few health drops.. faced little flickering issues during low battery I have to visit twice to get battery replacement submission First time i visited service centre then my cloud backup couldn’t completed keeped on increasing backup time.. and excutive said u will not get any data without backup.. So i decided not to go for repair and came back home.. afer couple of hours icloud backup got completed Again i visited service centre and asked them to retain my both esim (usa model which has both esim, no phyisical sim) Excutives done wonderful job submitted around 11am morning and i got my phone back around 6pm same day Final tip: If you have esim don’t forget to tell to retain esim. take complete I cloud Backup. Thanks for reading my review.
