Was able to take an appointment for this apple service provider through the apple website for an iPhone 13 battery replacement but turned out they did not have spare parts available. Probably more of a failing of Apple than for these guys but was not a good experience overall.

It was nice only but I found one issue. Initially my friend gave his phone to repair they said it would be repaired within a day and he could collect it in the same evening. He would recieve an email about the timing or that the service is being completed. Later he recieved an email saying they do not have the parts and the service is still pending. So didn't go that day. He didn't have any spare phone also. But two days after he went and asked for the phone they said it was repaired same day only ... This was sort of mis communication they had from their end. My friend had to face it.

Offline experience was good. However for a long period, the people at backend didn't update me with what's going on currently with the laptop. That was a little frustrating.
