Your visit to iCare allows you to consult with a qualified technician to discuss the problem of your device. The following repairs can be covered under same visit,

1. Using Apple’s Warranty Check Tool:
• Visit the Apple Check Coverage (https://checkcoverage.apple.com) website.
•Enter your device’s serial number and the captcha code provided.
•Click Continue, and you’ll see the warranty details of your device, including coverage for repairs and technical support.
2. From Your Device:
• Open the Settings app on your device.
• Tap General > About.
• Look for the Serial Number and either note it down to check on Apple’s website or tap Coverage Expired or Limited Warranty (if applicable) to see more details directly from your device.
3. Apple Support App:
• Download and open the Apple Support app on your device.
•Your device details, including the warranty status, will automatically be displayed under My Devices.
Unfortunately, we cannot unlock devices that are FMIP-locked. To unlock your device, you must disable the “Find My iPhone” feature by signing in with your Apple ID at iCloud.com or directly on your device. If you’re unable to do so, you will need to provide proof of purchase to Apple Support for further assistance. This is a security measure to protect the data and ownership of the device.
